We are looking
for businesses and individuals in our community who would like
to support the arts by sponsoring or donating to the River Arts
Festival. Why is the Festival imprtant to Dunnville? Two weeks devoted to the visual arts, music and the written and spoken word! What does it off to our community? -Increased downtown core traffic and enhanced tourism -Builds on Dunnville's past success as a local arts centre -Nurtures Dunnville as a growing centre for the arts -Promotes, enhances and cultivates community understanding of and support for the arts as an economic driver -Provides additional venues for local and area artists, musicians and written/spoken word artists to showcase their work -Builds cross-sectoral relationships which can support innovation and creative problem-solving year round -Provides opportunities for youth to explore the arts as a viable career option through exposure to artists and involvement in learning opportunitites throughout the festival -Provides opportunities for artists and others to come together as part of a longer-term community-building process There are three ways you can support this important event... Become a sponsor! There are a wide variey of spnsorship opportunities available with a range of recognition opportunities attached which will allow you to publicy indicate your support. Become a donor! A donation to the Festival is elgible for a charitable tax receipt through Halidimand Art Works and you will be recognized in the Festival Programs. Make a gift-in-kind of goods (eligible for a charitable receipt) or services. The Festival need all sorts of materials and services. Perhaps you can help out this way. You will be recognixed in the Festival programs. The River Arts festival is hosted by River Artists in partnership with Halidmand Art Works. To talk
